Built from marine-grade birch ply this 120W cabinet is loaded with four 16 ohm Celestion G12H-75 30W loudspeakers and has the original plywood 'skids' on the bottom as opposed to rubber feet.
It also features two Neutrik locking jack sockets due to the fact that when played loud, the air pressure inside the cab actually pushes out the jack plug - rock 'n' roll!!
It is built like a tank, sounds immense and totally different to the Germino with more high end and a tighter bass... more like the sound of the early '70s ie Hendrix and Wishbone Ash.
The grill cloth is classic basketweave with white string and black basketweave vinyl, Lloyd loom fret cloth - not Tolex - and looks very cool indeed!
It is also VERY LOUD as the sensitivity of the G12H is 100dB as opposed to the 96dB of the 20W G12M heritage.
It fits perfectly with the Supertone 'Matamp' 120 valve head and have used it on tour and in the studio, with guitar, bass and Hammond organ.
