Shipping policy

We use the postal or courier service to ship our products. Shipping to the UK should take between 5-7 business days. Europe between and 7-10 business days and the rest of the world between 10-14 days. Thanks for your patience!!!

Note: Supertone is not responsible for any lost/damaged parcels shipped unless additional Insurance or Registered services are purchased and applied to the order in question.

Shipping only to regular business or residential addresses ­ excludes PO Boxes. Sorry.

Also, please be sure that the shipping address you submit is completely correct; any address changes during transit will result in an additional £5.50 charge to your credit card.
